CET is looking for products in the area of  independent and self-regulated learning, as we believe this is a key factor of learning in the digital age. Independent learning includes a large variety of skills and abilities, such as self-management, working with others, problem-solving, digital literacy and other cognitive and social-emotional skills.

 

We want to nurture learners who can independently apply knowledge, ideas, content, skills and strategies in unique situations that they will encounter during their years in school and also later as adults. In order to achieve this goal students need to practice over time learning events that encourage and support them on the way to taking full responsibility for their learning processes as adults. The effectiveness of independent learning depends on the willingness of students to engage in it, so it is important to address this ability in a professional and comprehensive manner.
